Kota Damansara Urban Wetland

Do you know that there is a flood mitigation lake at Kota Damansara, zoned for recreational purposes, has naturally evolved into a beautiful wetland with aquatic plants that attracted scores of birds - egrets, herons, eagles...? Bring your children there for bird-watching before this beautiful urban wetland be another victim of non-sustainable development. Should the Selangor government preserve this Urban Wetland? Please state your name and place of residence when posting your comments.

21 July 2005

More than 50% of the flood mitigation pond will be reclaimed for this humongous project.
