Kota Damansara Urban Wetland
Do you know that there is a flood mitigation lake at Kota Damansara, zoned for recreational purposes, has naturally evolved into a beautiful wetland with aquatic plants that attracted scores of birds - egrets, herons, eagles...? Bring your children there for bird-watching before this beautiful urban wetland be another victim of non-sustainable development. Should the Selangor government preserve this Urban Wetland? hi, these bee-eaters are the one form the next phot belongs to the Blue-throated Bee-eater, related to the Blue-tailed Bee-eaters, but they are more unique, bcoz this is the only known migrant in West Malaysia that breeds here and migrate south to Sumatra (Blue-tailed and other migrants breed in the north and migrates here).
This species have a Blue-throat and Dark Chestnut head, Blue-tailed have green heads and orangey throat.
